Delivery of Goods

All our goods are sent with insured and recorded worldwide delivery. Currier costs vary according to product and can be found on the relevant page. This cost will automatically be added to the total amount during checkout. Delivery time may vary according to your location, which will be estimated with your confirmation email. If for any reason your order is not dispatched within the estimated time scale, we will contact you with a revised delivery date.

Guarantees & Returns Policy

Once your goods are delivered, you have 5 days to decide that you definitely want to keep them. If you decide an item is not suitable, you can return it back to us for a full refund, providing you have taken good care of the goods. In case of a return, delivery charges and responsibility of postal insurance will belong to the customer.

All our goods are supplied with a minimum of 1 year's warranty. If your goods develop a fault within that time, we will quickly repair or replace the item for you, and if we are unable to do this we will offer you a refund.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged during transit to you, please inform us within 3 days of receipt and we will quickly replace the item for you free of charge.
