HUBB Kudum Kudums the main rhythm component of Sufi (mevlevi) and Classical Turkish music, as the most significant Turkish percussive reed. The large is tuned in A or G notes. The small body is tuned in a 4 or 5 higher treble than that. Camel skin which is thinned by special methods is used. It can be tuned in every note that exist in one octave practically. Unlike most kudums which are made of copper, Hubb kudums are hand made and manufactured from paddock, chestnut, ash tree and rosewood. |

It took part in the medieval European music since 12th century and still widely used by many cultures all around the world. It is manufactured in various scales and forms such as cyclic, beamed and combined with bells. It has 46cm, 35cm and 24cm in dimension options.
